Yes, that really is her name - and man, does she ever live up to it! We first met Alison and her family at Lakeside Speedway. The stock cars were on the track in their B-Feature when Pam Walker goes "Look, there's a driver!" Alison had sat down right in front of us, driver suit on, waiting, taking a break until it was time for the modified B-Feature. Turns out they were in from Redding, Iowa, her little sister had a softball tournament the next day, so lucky for us they decided to come down and check out the races at Lakeside. This was a couple of years ago when Alison was 17, she's pretty much become a regular - and continues to give the boys a run for their money... Check out her website www.alisonquick.com for all her stats - this girl has done a lot of living, both on and off the track! Alison caught our eye at first simply because she is a girl, but hooked us on her skill and courage - expect great things out of this young driver - 3 Sisters Racing certainly does!
2006 Pre-Season Update...
Alison will be racing both an asphalt late model and her dirt modified in this race season! Even more great news - Alison has signed with Lorz Motorsports to drive their #54 ASA Late Model in the 2006 ASA North Series. She will be driving her #37 Dirt modified at local tracks when the ASA series has an off weekend. Remember that - #54 - #37 - You go girl!

The #37's left wheel doesn't touch dirt very often - she just flies around that 1/2 mile track!

Lakeside Speedway - At the end of the 2005 racing season Alison was awarded the Kerrie Schaffner Sportsmanship Award. This $500 Award was established in honor and memory of Kerrie's spirit and sportsmanship. The picture isn't very clear, but the message is - you go, girl!
